Where we ship

We ship exclusively to European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

We do not ship to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and other non-EU countries.

How much does it cost

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the items in the cart and the country of delivery, and is shown to you before you confirm the order. For the most common orders, it ranges from approximately 3.60 to approximately 9 euros: a single poster is at the lower end, a sweatshirt or an order combining clothing and prints is at the higher end.

Prints on paper and clothing items travel in separate packaging, so an order containing both will incur two shipping charges and it is normal for the packages to arrive at different times.

For orders with products of 80 euros or more, shipping is free in all countries served.

How long does it take

Prints and clothing items are produced to order, so production time is added to shipping time. Delivery usually takes place within 5 to 13 business days from order confirmation.

Orders received after 2:00 PM (Central European Time) will be processed on the next business day.

Posters and clothing items may be shipped separately because they require different packaging: if you receive one package before the other, it is not an error.

Delivery address

Check the address before confirming your order. If the courier deems it insufficient, or if the package is not picked up, the shipment will be returned to the production center and the cost of a new shipment will be borne by the customer.

Incorrect, damaged, or defective product

You have 14 days from receipt to report it to us by writing to store@brignole.ch and attaching a photograph of the product and packaging.

If the problem is due to us or production, we will replace the product free of charge and you will not need to return anything.

If the package does not arrive, the report must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

This option is in addition to your legal rights and does not limit them: as a consumer, you are still entitled to the two-year legal guarantee of conformity.

Right of withdrawal: 14 days, even without reason

If you purchase as a consumer and reside in an EU country, you have 14 days from the day you receive the product to withdraw from the purchase, without having to provide any reason and without penalty.

If an order contains multiple items delivered separately, the 14 days start from the delivery of the last item.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

A written communication to store@brignole.ch is sufficient, including the order number and the indication of the products for which you are withdrawing. You can use the model form at the bottom of this page, but it is not mandatory: any explicit declaration is valid.

We will reply within one business day to confirm receipt and tell you how to proceed.

Product return, at your expense

If you withdraw, you must return the product, and the direct costs of return are at your expense.

The return must be shipped within 14 days of the withdrawal notification to the address we will provide in our reply: Brignole, Via Monte Carmen 10, 6900 Lugano, Switzerland.

Switzerland is outside the European Union, so the return shipment is an international shipment and the cost, which we invite you to check with your courier before proceeding, is at your expense. We ask you to choose a tracked shipment and keep the proof of shipment.

The product must be returned complete with any accessories. You can try on an item as you would try it on in a store: however, if it is found to be worn, washed, or damaged beyond what is necessary to verify its characteristics and fit, we may deduct an amount proportionate to the decrease in value from the refund.

Refund

We will refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days.

The period starts from the day we receive the returned product or from the day you provide proof of shipment, whichever is earlier.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase and at no additional cost to you.

Complaints

For any issues, write to store@brignole.ch: we will reply within two business days.

We do not participate in alternative dispute resolution bodies. If you purchase from the European Union and wish for free assistance with a dispute with a foreign seller, you can contact the European Consumer Centre in your country.
