The duo tells us about the creative journey that gave birth to this 15-track album, born out of their experiences in the United States and their return to their roots. Silent Bob reveals the deeper meaning behind the title: “Angel” is his middle name, inherited from his grandfather, representing his purest and most emotional side, while “Balaclava” symbolizes that mask that sometimes it is necessary to wear in order to survive. Sick Budd takes us inside the production process, explaining how he created a sound that blends jazz, blues, boom bap and trap, using vintage instruments such as synthesizers and samplers from the 2000s to give the project a unique identity.
